Here you can see a list of all the speakers and chairs at the conference, including Jimmy Wales: Read about the Founder of and Spokesperson for Wikipedia, who will receive the UNESCO Bohr Gold medal at the conference and speak in plenary 3 under the header "Wikipedia, Democracy and the Internet".
