In many civilian domains modes of governance are under pressure, and a new configuration is needed to properly mitigate threats and take advantage of possibilities. The topics of discussion include global health policy, climate change and the dilemmas of nuclear technology.

The session is chaired by Dennis Meadows and Co-chaired by Warinthorn Songkasiri.
